The Art and Sherry Morgan Program Room is a meeting and event space used for accommodating larger audiences. The space can accommodate a maximum of 70 people with a minimum of 20 to reserve for use. The program room provides 24 tables and a quantity of chairs, and can seat 48 people or 70 people with chairs only. There is a video center with a projector, screen, DVD and HDMI hook ups. There is also a podium that is available for use.
There is a small kitchenette separate from the program room and can be requested for use. It can be used as a convenient space for the preparation of refreshments but does not provide cooking services. The only appliances for use will be the coffee maker and microwave. Any items needing to be kept cold can be placed in the refrigerator the day of the event. Items stored in the cabinets and refrigerator are for library programming and not available for patrons use.
Any personal, individual, and businesses using the Art and Sherry Morgan Program Room will be charged $75.00 for use of the room. Nonprofit organizations will not be charged for using the program room.
